Caturra is a coffee varietal that has stood the test of time and has helped Aquiares consolidate as a high quality producing farm. We decided to roast this varietal slightly darker than our other coffees to acentuate the intense caramel notes that characterize its profile. This coffee is then suitable for use in both filter preparation as well as espresso.
We recommend Caturra for drinkers looking to experience coffee in its classic form, with bold caramelized notes, nutty undertones and mild acidity.
